In this lesson, we cover the three core parts of Privacy: Consents, where you define categories like newsletters or notifications and track who opted in; the Preference Center, where users manage their subscriptions and branding keeps it on-message; and Data Subject Requests (DSRs), which automate GDPR and CCPA rights to access, export, or erase data. We’ll show you how to configure categories, embed preference centers in your communications, and process DSRs from start to finish.
